Has anyone used the Liven app? I want an honest opinion (95 views)

Maybe someone has already encountered the Liven app? I am now at a stage where I need something to keep from going crazy with my own thoughts. I don’t want to go to a psychologist - I’m not mentally ready. But an app that helps with self-analysis and managing emotions sounds interesting. But the Internet is full of fake reviews. I want to hear the opinion of a real person. How much does it really help?

I understand you. I was recently in similar situation - I wanted to change something, but I kept putting it off. Then I accidentally came across the liven app review, and something clicked. I decided to try it. I did not regret it. At first I thought - well, another useless product. But it turned out to be different. The app is simple, without overload. There is an AI interlocutor Livi, she really helps to understand yourself, especially if it is difficult to speak out. The courses are short, but clear. And the mood tracker is a powerful thing. I was skeptical at first, but now I use it every day. I even understood on which days and why I feel worse. It is, of course, not magic, but if you are ready to be a little honest with yourself, Liven can really help.

I also started using Liven a couple of weeks ago. Everything is as you described. My head is always a mess, but here at least there is some structure. I especially liked the background sounds - I turn on "ocean" before going to bed. And yes, Livie is a real find. It will not save the world, but it feels supportive.
